Shipping policy

Standard shipping is by Royal Mail 2nd class. Delivery is usually between 2- 5 days after dispatch. This does NOT include tracking.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays or strikes.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days please contact us and we may be able to offer you a refund.

** Business days refer to weekdays and do not include weekends (Saturday is not a working day) or bank holidays.
